I have been writing for a travel magazine for the past couple of years, and I love every minute of working in this company. The other day, the editor-in-chief of the magazine got me an assignment about what teenagers love to do in the beach every summer and spring break. He chose me to do this article, because I am the youngest writer he had ever had, and I started off as an intern working here when I was still in the university. Which is why, I will not find any hard time to write about what people in my age range love to do when they are on their summer and spring break. So last night, I have contemplated about what I love doing with my friends during break and what people I know do when they do not have school. And I realised that, most people who is the same age as me, love to do kite surfing and other water sports in the beach.

Being a Mixed Martial Artist is no joke. Learning a number of fighting moves and repeating them ten thousand times is not for the wimpy and the wussy. Think about the math in training. A fighter training in the beginning has to cover the three basics; striking, grappling, and wrestling. They have to learn the offensive and defensive moves. Each move has a counter move from each basic area. Multiply all of that into ten thousand repetitions, then a training newbie will need at least 2 years or more to complete their regimen to become an amateur fighter. Add to that time fight matches and competitions, then there might be a slight chance that the amateur can turn pro.

Throughout all of this training, the energy needed to get up and do it all over again needs to be replenished. Water is usually a good thing, but drinking a tall can of Rockstar Energy Drink can get you back in the game faster.

There are situations where one has to protect oneself from people who try to rob them or hurt them for money or any other valuable. And this is the time when a person has to be careful and make use of his wits in order that the person gets away safely from that person. An armed person is the most dangerous to encounter when alone. At this time there are a few things that a person must keep in mind. The first thing is that the person must let go of anything that the armed robber is asking for as this may solve this problem easily and one can get out the situation without getting hurt. Another thing that a person must keep in mind is that trying ridiculous stunts that are seen in movies and other sources must be avoided and should never be tried as it can become a fatal attempt while street fighting.

Are you planning a camping trip and want to bring solar camping gear? If so, then this post will help you to remember what to bring. The first thing on the list is a solar flashlight, we recommend the k light solar lantern or the hybrid solar flashlight. The k light lantern is more for at the camp site and in the tent at night as it is a lantern. And the hybrid light is for when you are hiking or on the lake because it floats. Then you will want to consider the sherpa 120 explorer kit for charing your camera and laptops as well as your cell phones. The sherpa 120 kit is a powerful portable solar charger that will charge your portable devices with ease because it comes with an inverter and a foldable lightweight solar panel. These are the some of the useful solar camping gear that people are bringing with them when they are taking outdoor trips.

The recent film Bronson starring Tom Hardy is a hard-hitting biopic of prison inmate Charles Bronson. Hardy needed to bulk up considerably for this role, and met the man himself in jail as part of the process of getting into character.

Charles Bronson has spent most of his time in solitary confinement, and has developed a taste for art, literature, painting and verses. As you can imagine Bronson’s art all has a very hard edge to it.

Bronson’s latest adventure is into the world of mixed martial arts, where he has in collaboration with designers on the outside, put together a range of fightwear.

T-shirts depicting his artwork and the hard-hitting messages in his verse adorn these superbly designed T-shirts. The themes are disturbing and the hard work is graphically brilliant, drawing the eye to Bronson is very stylised view of the world.

Of course, it’s unlikely that Bronson will ever benefit financially from this venture, but the artwork and style of these fightwear designs is something he can surely be proud of.

Many of my friends own pro skateboards, and they talk about them like they’re the best thing since sliced bread. However, I have been skateboarding for nearly 15 years, and I have found that when you make your own boards, and you know exactly what to look for, these boards can be even better than pro ones. In fact, you can put these boards together for almost half the cost. I have thought this is the best way to go for an extremely long time, and I really don’t see a reason why I should ever buy any pro boards. I guarantee you that anyone who has ever used my board, would never know that it was fully customized. But most people are just too lazy to put their own boards together, have preferred to buy them already complete. I guess as they say, to each their own, but I’m the one who’s saving money!

All climbers eventually need to develop their own climbing rack. As a beginner you generally hire or borrow the gear you need, but later on you will definitely need to buy and maintain your own climbing equipment.

What you will need depends very much on the type of climbing you do. If all you ever climb are sports routes then a set of quickdraws should suffice. For everything else you will need a little more equipment in your rack.

For traditional rock climbing you will almost certainly require a couple of slings, a set of nuts, some rockcentrics, a few quickdraws, etc. This still should be pretty low cost and will get you so far.

Make sure once you have bought your rack that you clearly name your equipment. While people stealing equipment out on the crag is rare, it is more likely that your gear will become mixed up with someone elses, or you will just plain lose it or leave it behind en route. You can use coloured tape to mark your territory, just be sure that you use a different colour tape to the ones your friends or climbing companions use.
